CityTour Toulouse: Panoramic Bus Tour with audio guide
The price includes the minibus tour of Toulouse with audio guides in 8 languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian, Chinese, Japanese) covering at least 80% of the route.
Toulouse Welcome – CityTour reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a departure during the day (without refund or compensation), or to cancel one or more departures on a given day (with refund but without compensation), without prior notice and for reasons such as: demonstrations, roadworks, traffic, crowds, technical or weather-related problems.
The tour duration is approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, but this may vary depending on traffic conditions.
The CityTour Toulouse departs from 2 rue du Poids de l’Huile, opposite the Capitole (theater side).
The available departure times are :
- 11:30, 13:00, and 15:00 (3 departures per day in low season)
- 10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 15:00, or 16:30 (up to 5 departures per day in high season).
You will be able to see all available times directly at the time of booking.
Purchasing your ticket online, at the tourist office, or through a travel agency guarantees your place for the day and time indicated above.
It is not possible to use a ticket for a different day or time than those indicated above.
Compensation : No compensation will be given for the partial or complete cancellation of the tour, even in the event of last-minute cancellation.
Refund in case of tour disruption : If the tour is completed more than 80% of the way through or more than 40 minutes into the circuit, no refund will be issued. For shorter trips, you can request to be rescheduled for a later tour on the same day or a different day. If this is not possible, we will analyze each case individually to find the most suitable solution (e.g., a refund).
We guarantee CityTour departures for groups of 2 or more.
Southwest Excursions : Full-day coach tour with downloadable audio guide
The price includes round-trip transportation by coach or minibus to the destination indicated on your ticket. Toulouse Welcome – CityTour reserves the right to reschedule departures during the day (without refund or compensation) or to cancel a full-day excursion (with a refund but without compensation), without prior notice, for reasons such as: demonstrations, roadworks, traffic, crowds, technical problems, or weather conditions.
The departure point for the Southwest excursions is: 29 Allée Jean Jaurès (near Place d’Arménie), bus stop.
In case of overbooking : Our system automatically synchronizes with all booking platforms several times a day to guarantee a seat for all participants and avoid overbooking. However, during peak periods, some booking platforms may not synchronize as regularly as ours. In this case, we generally reserve seats whenever possible, or if this is not possible, we will offer you the option to reschedule (we have 4 to 6 departures per week) or, failing that, a refund for the excursion.
Compensation : No compensation will be provided for the partial or complete cancellation of the excursion, nor in the event of overbooking.
Refund in case of tour disruption : A refund will only be issued if transportation to the chosen destination could not be provided or if the tour is canceled by Toulouse Welcome. Refunds are not issued for schedule changes.
We guarantee departures for groups of 12 or more.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy :
- On the day of the activity : No refunds or rescheduling are possible.
- The day before the activity : You can reschedule your activity free of charge or request a refund (please note that a €2 bank fee per ticket will be charged to credit your bank card).
Special Terms and Conditions of Sale :
All promotions and discounts cannot be combined and are based on the full-price ticket price (standard adult fare).
The Ambassador Offer :
This offer is valid all season: Buy 2 tickets at full price and get the 3rd free, to be used on the same day as the other 2. Limited to 5 Ambassador offers per tour on the bus.
Animals :
- CityTour Toulouse : Animals are only allowed if you can hold them on your lap on the bus or for medical reasons, in which case you will be asked for authorization.
- Southwest Excursions : Animals are not allowed on board.
Food and drinks :
Food is not permitted on board our buses. You may only bring your own water bottle; no hot drinks or anything other than water are allowed.
Strollers and wheelchairs :
You can bring your stroller on the bus, but it must be a foldable stroller.
Regarding wheelchairs, our vehicles are unfortunately not equipped for wheelchair access (elevator or ramp). However, if you are able to board the bus (there are usually three steps), we can offer you seats at the front.
For the Toulouse City Tour only, if we run out of space on the bus for strollers and/or wheelchairs, we will find a solution with you to store them at the tourist office, which is located right next to the departure point.
For the Southwest excursions, as we use large coaches, you can store your stroller and/or wheelchair directly in the luggage compartment.
